hoist crane inspection and maintenance Weekly

 Maintenance and inspection once a week, inspection and maintenance of the following:
1) Check the hoist crane brakes on the nut, cotter pins, positioning plates are complete, loose, leverage and spring no cracks, pin bolt on the brake wheel and cushion washer is loose, complete; brakes are reliable braking. The opening of the brake pad to open the brake should be less than 1.0mm and with both sides of the brake wheel clearance distance should be equal, each axle pin may not have stuck.
2) Check the safety switch and limit switches are accurate, flexible and reliable work, especially rising limit is reliable.
3) Check the wire rope wound on reels and pulleys are normal, with or without removal slot, string tank, knotted, twisted and other phenomena, rope plate bolts are tightened, whether a double nut locking device.
4) Check the Hoist gantry crane fastening screw lifting mechanism on the loose coupling closures, shortages.
Drive 5) Check the body is normal, with or without abnormal noise.
6) Check all lubrication lubrication condition is good.
Are there foreign body obstruction machines running on the bridge 7) Check the track.
