Construction steel corrosion problems needing attention

     Steel premature corrosion prevention, construction workers also need to be taken seriously enough, common   overhead gantry crane   in the component manufacturing and installation process needs to pay attention to the following points.

    1 for the general case, it is appropriate drying, easy stencilled cold-curing coatings.

    2 Universal gantry crane in the component manufacturing and field splicing process to ensure the quality of the weld, the weld material because of the complexity, easily forming an electrode, in the heat affected zone easily rust before painting needs butt seam slag, spatter thoroughly clean and clear.

    3 special treatment has not been universal  bridge gantry crane  steel structure strictly prohibited direct contact with the soil, because the soil has a strong corrosive to steel. Contact with the soil at the bottom of the strength of concrete require a parcel, and to ensure a sufficient thickness of the protective layer.

    4 steel components of joints (weld or bolt connections), not in the factory pre-spray paint, only at the site after installation, carefully clean up these sites, try to avoid component coating after welding, to combat integrity of the coating.

    5. Factory production, processing good component to properly stacked, to avoid rust caused by secondary steel surface coating, resulting in unnecessary waste. Component of general  hoist gantry crane  damaged during transportation or installation of the coating should be cleaned promptly after installation in accordance with the relevant norms of the coating repair.
