Gantry crane big wheel replacement repair Conditions

 Replace or big wheel assembly gantry crane when some considerations:

    1, check and replace the two shaft end nut has been tightened, locking nut loose backstop washer prevention, bearing clearance should not be too large or affect the normal operation of the bearing.

    2,  overhead gantry crane  time after installing the bearing lubricant is added to idle after a few laps, so even attached to the bearing lubricant within the gland bolts should be tightened, prestressed to 100KN.

    3, check the old and the new gantry crane bearing keyway is consistent (new bearing keyway is standard key size, the final sanding small 0.5mm easy to assemble).

    4, check the coupling gear bore and the shaft outside the park, keys cope with the situation, it is best to test assembly.

    5, the coupling gear installation, first check the shaft axis  hoist gantry crane and gearbox output shaft is in the same line.
