Crane agency inspection items and criteria

1 electric  hoist gantry crane  brake check oil is suitable for leaks; rack for cracks and cracks; pawl and ratchet engagement state whether there is abnormal, damaged, worn; gear for damage, cracks and wear; Machine Rack mounting is loose or fall off; fluid is clean; fuel fit, do not leak; no cracks and cracking; declines reliable engagement, no cracks, damage and significant wear; gear five wear; gear no wear, meshing normal; rack without loosening, shedding; no significant oil pollution
2 reel assembly
    (1) Roll electric hoist  overhead gantry crane  inspection for cracks, deformation and wear; rope fixed part without exception; rope off the groove traces reel mounting connections are tight. No cracks, no significant deformation and wear; normal; no traces off slot. No loose.
    (2) electric hoist  bridge gantry crane  shaft and bearing inspection for cracks, deformation, wear and tear; Shaft baffle without deformation and loose. Rotating drum, and check the bearing without abnormal noise, heat and vibration; no cracks, significant deformation and wear; no distortion loose, no abnormal vibration, sound, heat; oiled.
3 pulley
   (A) inspect the pulley for cracks, defects, wear and tear; groove rope without exception; whether the rope off the groove marks; plate and the positioning pin is loose; no cracks, significant deformation and wear; no abnormal wear and tear; without shedding traces ; no loose.
   (2) gear shaft and the bearing rope, balancing pulleys, etc. Check cracks and wear; lubrication; rotating pulley, with or without sound and rotary eccentric mass. Check off the tank, off, deformation, cracks. No cracks, significant wear; no abnormal sound and quality without shedding eccentric, off tank, deformation, cracks
4 wire
    (1) Check the wire rope structure structure diameter as designed; spreader lower limit position, check the safety of the reel turns.
    (2) whether the rope status check broken wire rope, broken stocks, exposed core, kinks, corrosion, Bay fold, loose, worn; temperature environment should be checked using the rope structure is correct; end processing and fixed correctly; whether to quit phenomenon; without adhering dust, sand, impurities, moisture; a twisting pitch may not have more than 10% of the broken wire, rope diameter shall not be less than the nominal size of 93%. Not to be defective, and stable fixation; no quit; sticky sand, dust and impurities, moisture.
    (3) electric hoist gantry crane wire rope installation checks whether the structure of grazing; and poor condition of each pulley by not grazing; may not have significant wear, partial pressure, loose.
