Bridge crane safety checks before the job

(A), shift changes, shift changes, joint inspection  overhead bridge crane  drivers, check the main content and order:

  6, the hook should be flexible on the beam rotation, hook tail nut without loosening.
(Two), with the necessary adjustments, maintenance,overhead gantry crane testing to meet the requirements, fill out the shift log. Shift drivers without objection, after the signing of shift can be considered complete.
(Three), before driving to check the power supply case, the voltage of not less than 85% of the rated voltage.
(Four), the  steel crane  shall be left to tools or other objects, in order to avoid accidents caused by falling job.
(Five), according to procedures before driving all the control handle to zero, and the hatch door switch and the end beam door switch is closed. -Ringing warning before driving.
