Single girder overhead crane operation process

   Before work
a. With single girder overhead crane cab, the driver before driving succession, response hook, wire rope and safety devices and other components according to the requirements of the check card checks, abnormal, should be excluded.
b. Ground handling single girder  bridge gantry crane ,  the class should be someone responsible for the check card at the request of inspection, abnormal, should be excluded.
c. Operator must confirm to go Taiwan or track when no one can close the main power supply. When the power supply circuit breaker locking or signs, the persons concerned should be removed only after the original closing the main power supply.
    Work
a. First class lifting weights (or the load reaches the maximum weight) should be hanging height of 0.5 meters from the ground after the heavy down again, check the brake performance, reliable after confirmation, then normal operation. b. Strictly enforce the "do not hang ten" system: ① command signal is unknown or arbitrary command does not hang; ② does not exceed the rated lifting weight lifting; ③ spreaders unreasonable or not an object is not strong tie to hang hanging; ④ on someone or hanging objects there is no other place items floating  hoist gantry crane  ; ⑤ brakes or other safety device brake failure is not hanging; ⑥ hanging heavy traffic processed directly without hanging; ⑦ pull Xiegua not hanging crooked; ⑧ explosive objects are not hanging; ⑨ objects buried in the ground does not pull hanging; ⑩ angular blocks mouth objects, not pad it really hanging; c. Abnormal, immediately shut down, cut off the power and check the reason and immediately removed.
        After working a. The hook rises to a certain height, carts parked in the specified location, the controller handle in the "zero" position; pull knife, cut off the power. b. Routine maintenance. c. Do shift work.
